Add music from iPhone 4S to computer

My friends and I plan to have a journey in a foreign country in the next month. I have been preparing my iPhone 4S for our long trip. In case of losing any important information, I have sent my contacts, calendar to iCloud at the beginning. Next, I mean to add music from iPhone 4S to computer.

I know if the music is purchased from iTunes, it is available to import music from iPhone to iTunes or computer hard disk. But most of my iPhone music is downloaded from other websites, so I’ m stuck on the problem of how to add a song from iPhone 4S to PC.
